Account deletion request

How to request deletion

1. Open your email app and send a message to rk126356@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line Inkspine account deletion request (or similar).
3. Write from the same email address you used to sign in with Google, or clearly state that Google account email in the body.
4. Optionally list any shared project titles you want confirmed as deleted.

What gets deleted

After we verify the request, we delete or de-identify:

• Your Inkspine account profile linked to Google sign-in
• Cloud-hosted collaboration data associated with your account (including shared project content you own, where applicable)
• Account identifiers used for authentication and collaboration identity

What is not removed automatically

• Local private projects stored only on your device — delete those in the app or by uninstalling / clearing app data.
• Content others still need — if you contributed to a project owned by someone else, their copy of shared material may remain under their control until they delete it.
• Backups you exported yourself (files you saved outside the app).

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the request is finished, or if we need more information to verify ownership of the account.

If you never signed in

If you only used Inkspine offline without a Google account, there is no cloud account for us to delete. Remove local data from your device, or uninstall the app.
